Position Title: Outside Sales Representative
Reports To (Supervisor/Hiring Manager Title): Director of Sales

Position Overview/Job Description: Load To Ride in Denver, CO is looking for energetic, goal-driven team players to join our growing Outside Sales Team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a client portfolio providing client cost savings while increasing profitability
- Sell and negotiate with mid-level management, warehouse managers and C-Level Executives
- Manage client’s daily shipments
- Proactively communicate, providing excellent customer service.
- Identify & uncover organic growth opportunities within your client portfolio
- Continuously achieve metrics and KPIs
- Negotiate pricing with clients and prospective clients
- Willingness to learn, grow and adapt to a changing industry
- Close deals with prospective clients
- Think on the fly, multitask, demonstrate strong communication skills
- Build dynamic, long-lasting customer relationships

Qualifications:
- Ability to build and grow relationships
- 2+ years logistics or supply chain sales experience
- Ability to persuade, motivate, and influence
- Attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and persistent
- Goal driven and high accountability
- Excellent verbal and written skills
Education Requirements: Minimum of an Associates Degree required.
Salary/Hourly Rate: Depending on experience.
Bonus/Commission Eligible: Commission opportunities based on production.
