Our Client in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a Temp to Hire position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. This positions offers $22.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience.
Job Duties:
- Answer phones, transfer calls as needed
- Data Entry, filing, maintain office supplies
- Set up appointments
- Track estimates
- Coordinate meetings with CFO and contractors
- Manage dumpster rental and parts orders
- Maintain registration and inspection of fleet
- Manage invoicing, post payments into QuickBooks
- Dispatch for trucking division
Requirements:
- Previous Administrative Assistant experience required
- Previous experience in the Construction or Concrete industry is a huge plus!
- Must have excellent Customer Service skills
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
