We are looking for a Full-Time Registered Nurse for a Hospice RN position in the home health setting. This position offers a lot of flexibility, as the nurse schedules directly with their own patients, therefore you get to decide when you start and end your day to a large degree, and you can schedule your patients around your own life appointments and events. The Registered Nurse must have at least 1 year of experience in any setting. We will consider an RN with less than 1 year of experience if they have a BSN. These hospice visits are done in the home setting. Because the Registered Nurse will manage the cases of their hospice patients in the home setting, the position is titled Hospice Case Manager. This Hospice Case Manager position is with a home health and hospice company that has been in business many years, therefore it has stability and longevity. REQUIREMENTS OF THE HOSPICE REGISTERED NURSE POSITION: We will accept Registered Nurses with 1 year of experience in ANY setting, however if the nurse does have experience with med/surg patients, that is a plus including Emergency Room, Emergency Department, rehabilitation Center / skilled nursing facility SNF, home health care / visiting nurse setting, rehab hospital, correctional facility, hospital / medical center, Intensive Care Unit ICU, Medical Intensive Care Unit MICU, Surgical Intensive Care Unit SICU, Definitive Observation Unit DOU, Critical Care Unit CCU, float / pool nurse. Any experience will be accepted as long as the RN has at least one year of licensed experience. We will consider an RN with less than 1 year of experience if they have a BSN.
