Our Customer Service and Sales Representatives mission is to provide free phone services to eligible customers, ensuring everyone has access to essential communication tools.
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our telecom services, assisting customers in determining their eligibility and guiding them through the process of accessing free phone services. A competent Customer Service and Sales Representative will utilize their customer-centric initiatives to result in increased performance. Responsibilities for our Customer Service and Sales Representative:
- Work with management team to ensure a seamless line of communication with customers to find the best services to fit their needs.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information about our free phone services and assist with eligibility determination.
- Handle inbound inquiries and outbound calls to qualify potential customers and guide them through the application process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update our CRM system with relevant information.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service and Sales Representative team to meet and exceed targets for customer acquisition and service activation.
- Address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions to ensure a positive experience.
- Further our client’s reputation by using top-notch customer service skills.
Qualifications for our Customer Service and Sales Representative:
- Sales or customer service experience is preferable
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional service to every customer.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and handle multiple tasks, with great time management and organizational skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, challenging marketing and sales environment
- An outstanding track record of developing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships

Pay: $46,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
