The QIDP is responsible for overseeing clinical services as well as operational services for the consumers in the residence. Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that each consumer is involved in a coordinated and integrated active treatment program.
- assisting in scheduling team meetings.
- developing goals for consumers that are written clearly and objectively and are based on individual needs.
- Provide regular review of consumer data and progress.
- Perform assessments to identify consumer needs, strengths, and weaknesses.
- Complete Residential Habilitation Plans.
- Provide training to staff and conduct direct observation and monitoring of staff in their carrying out of each consumer's individual program plan.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree within the human services field (master’s degree preferred). At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism and/or related developmental disabilities. Working knowledge of applied behavior analysis preferred. The position 40 hours pe week. Hours include a combination of day, night and weekend hours. A valid driver's license required for the position.
