Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Taproom Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our two taproom locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the brewery, bar or restaurant industry, possess excellent leadership skills, and be knowledgeable in inventory control and event planning.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all FOH aspects of the taprooms operations, including personnel management, event planning, and inventory control.
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified staff members.
- Implement and maintain efficient processes to ensure smooth taproom operations.
- Monitor and uphold local safety standards and regulations.
- Utilize taproom POS system for order processing and sales tracking.
- Oversee customer service to ensure a positive taproom experience.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business growth.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in brewery, bar or restaurant management.
- Proficiency in Arryved POS or similar Point of Sale systems.
- Strong knowledge of taproom/bar safety protocols and inventory control procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
- A strong understanding and knowledge base of beer is a plus.
