Position Summary:
We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Industrial Engineers to join our team. The Industrial Engineering position will play a crucial role in optimizing and streamlining our current electronic remanufacturing and repair processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities/Duties:

Analyzing and improving manufacturing workflows to enhance the efficiency and reduce costs

Designing and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and product quality.

Develops processes, IE models, and applies process flow theory principles.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.

Developing and maintaining documentation for process standards and procedures.

Conduction time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement

Utilizing lean manufacturing principles and tools to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Providing technical support and training to production staff on new processes and equipment

Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Owns projects or parts of projects from start to finish.

Works under the guidance and direction of more senior team members.

Provides guidance to more junior Engineers.

Communicates concepts and status to other team members and to engineering management.

Interacts comfortably with customers and OEMs on specific issues with existing projects.
Education and Experience:

Possesses a BS, MS, or PhD degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics, or meet the alternative prerequisites as stated for Associate Engineer.

Two years as an Associate Engineer, or equivalent Engineering experience in the field or fields related to the specific purpose for hire.
