Join our team at Offdahook LLC as an Administrative Assistant where you will play a role in supporting our office operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Manage invoices and daily bookkeeping
- Perform proofreading tasks to ensure documents are error-free.
- Support office management by organizing files and scheduling appointments.
- Utilize computerized systems for document management and record keeping.
- Transcribe important information from meetings or recordings.
- Assist in project/jobsite planning and coordination as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure office efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects as required.
This is a part-time position with the ability to work from home. Some travel to jobsites may be required. Previous experience with Excel , Word and/or Quickbooks preferred but not necessary. Must have a computer and internet access.
