Our growing firm is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join its assessment collection division. HOAs are everywhere and are growing in number, size and sophistication. The demand for HOA assessment collections is increasing exponentially and will continue to do so as housing shifts toward planned developments and condominiums. We are looking for more talented, energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Candidate should be accustomed to handling time sensitive matters and capable of multitasking throughout the day. The candidate must possess strong communication, writing, organization, and technology skills.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, communicating with homeowners, clients and clients' representatives
- Distribution of incoming mail
- Providing administrative support to Firm's Account Managers and Paralegals
- Preparing legal documents and correspondences
- Submitting documents to be electronically recorded
- Processing closed files
- Submitting documents to be electronically recorded
- Assisting in the management of the Firm's trust account disbursements
- Monitoring payment plans
- Coordinating client intake and new client account set up
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in billing, escrow, A/R, HOA management, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Must be detail-oriented
