Compensation Range:
Anticipated Base compensation rate is in the range of $67.86 - $89.05 / Hour depending on qualifications and experience.
- 12 hour shifts at Huntington Health are overtime-based (not a straight time rate for all 12 hours). Therefore, employees who work a full 12-hour shift will be paid their base rate for 8 hours AND overtime (1.5) for hours up to 12.

Expectations:
Provides on-site leadership, resources and direction to hospital employees and leaders. Liaises with Administrator On Call (AOC) in managing organization-wide planned or unexpected events. Supports the organization's mission, vision and values in meeting operational goals. This position requires flexibility of hours.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required, Master's preferred. RNs hired prior to 10/1/19 are exempt from the BSN requirement if transferring within the department.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required. Minimum 2 years of management experience preferred. In lieu of management experience, clinical experience in a lead position is acceptable.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Required:
Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN)
Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association
SKILLS:
Must possess excellent critical reasoning, time management, delegation, skills, verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
MS Office Computer skills at intermediate to advanced, required.
