Manage and supervise daily shift operations. They promote, work, and act in a manner to consistently deliver a GREAT experience to our guests.
Responsibilities:
Ensure positive guest service in all areas - respond to complaints, taking appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
Complete all opening and closing duties.
Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards.
Communicate with Management keeping all parties promptly informed of issues.
Assist Front of House staff when needed (expedite or run food, bus tables, seat customers, answer phones, make reservations).
Ensure all FOH equipment is functioning and maintained as needed.
Under the supervision of the Service Manager, assist in handling day-to-day employment issues (tardiness, staffing, disputes, discipline, etc…).
Work with the Service Manager to conduct training and development of employees through orientations, performance evaluations and recognition.
Conduct pre-shift-meetings; plan and execute staff meetings as approval by Service manager.
Follow cash control/security procedures.
Ensure quality standards for food and beverage service; enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in Front of House.
Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents. Complete accident reports promptly in the event that a guest or employee is injured.

Help lead our Kitchen team in providing our guests with amazing service and “fresh, healthy, delectable homemade foods” that will guarantee return guest visits!
