Dyersburg Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a medical records clerk to join our team in Dyersburg, TN. The Medical Records LPN will be responsible for managing and overseeing the resident medical records within the facility. In addition, this role will also manage the facility central supply ensuring all medical and non medical supplies are ordered, and stored properly.
This position is full time, working Monday - Friday with some weekends depending on facility needs.
Some job duties may include:
- Creating a chart for new patients
- Gathering demographic information from patients for record
- Maintaining all records so they can be easily accessed
- Retrieves medical records from care provided outside the facility
- Protects patient data within the records
Job Requirements:
- Active LPN Licesnse in the state of TN
- Extreme Organizational skills
- Experience in long term care is preferred
- Experience in Medical Records
