Position Summary:
The Systems Integration Administrative Assistant reports to the Senior Director of Systems Integration and is a part of the larger Systems Integration team that is working to integrate internal and external activities within and supporting the department as well as addressing the Social Determinants of Health. The SLAA will collect data, support follow up activities relating to special projects and will provide administrative support to the Director and unit staff.
Activities will include: (1) collecting and reviewing data and maintaining application clearinghouse to connect people to various resources to address the social determinants of health, (2) supporting the Director and unit staff in following up on items such as scheduling meetings, taking notes, following up on tasks related to special projects and (3) helping to support the units works to facilitate systems integration. This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities and is a full-time position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain an application clearinghouse that will connect people to resources related to the social determinants of health.
- Reviews and analyzes data to ensure accuracy and completion.
- Assists in the planning and coordination of meetings by doing background/preparatory work as requested, details related to selling up meetings, trainings, conference, taking and disseminating notes and follow up on items as necessary to ensure forward movement of a project.

Education and Experience:
Associate degree in a human services or related field. However, Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Familiarity with behavioral health services preferred.
Essential Functions:
Ability to travel to mandatory meetings and job-related events. Must possess a valid driver’s license and have an acceptable driver’s record when operating a company vehicle during work hours for work-related activities. Permission to operate a vehicle as part of your job duties and responsibilities is contingent upon your insurability as a driver consistent with the PMHCC, Inc. policy.
