Brown & Brown, PC, a law firm located in the historic center of Bedford, is seeking an experienced estate planning attorney to join our busy practice. Candidates should be able to handle all aspects of estate planning and probate practice, from initial client meetings through document drafting and execution, as well as preparation of court filings and attendance at hearings, independently, with minimal administrative assistance. Attorneys are also responsible for the preparation and filing of state and federal estate tax returns.
The ability to properly balance time and manage a busy schedule that includes multiple client meetings a day is essential. This is a perfect opportunity for an associate attorney to grow his or her practice within a collegial setting with hours that allow a balance of work-life commitments.
Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 1 year of actual estate planning experience as their primary area of practice. While minor remote work is a possibility, the vast majority of our work takes place in the office, meeting with clients face to face, and the expectation is that the attorney will be working full time in our Bedford office, especially as they build their practice.
