RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing and coordinating the work of the rental and fleet support teams;
- Manage the fleet inventory and maintenance of vehicles;
- Oversee vehicle exchanges and transportation needs;
- Manage the rental process from start to finish, including customer inquiries, reservations, and contracts;
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions, including contracts, payments, and inventory;
- Coordinate the delivery and pick-up of rental vehicles in a timely manner; Coordinate shuttle schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their rental needs and answering any questions or concerns;
- Work with vendors regarding vehicle maintenance, cleaning and repairs;
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction;
- Ensure that company policies are supported;
- Provide training and support to team members, including counseling for job performance issues;
- Perform day to day functions required for rental process, including cleaning and rental duties when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior Car Rental and Management experience required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license, minimum 2 years driving experience and CLEAR DMV driving record.
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Must be willing to wear a company uniform and abide by the dress code.
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods, may require bending, reaching, climbing, lifting up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems.
