**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Licensed Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for telemarketing, sales administration, outside sales, and providing excellent customer service. If you are a skilled communicator with strong analytical abilities and a passion for the market, we encourage you to apply.
**Duties:**
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and drive sales
- Administer sales processes efficiently and accurately
- Engage in outside sales efforts to expand the customer base
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to tailor sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Handle benefits administration for clients
- Utilize multilingual skills to assist diverse clientele
**Requirements:**
- Must hold a valid license as an agent
-Must have a health license
-Must have 2024 FFM
-Must have FL, GA and TX
-Must be setup to work from home with your own equipment
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales administration, and outside sales
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Proficient in analyzing market data and trends
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service
- Experience in benefits administration is a plus
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous
