Position Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist will partner across all Dense Air teams and functions to build a sales systems and technology foundation that enables our GTM team to be as efficient and productive as possible. This position will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by owning the tools, processes, providing data analysis, reporting, and operational support. Reporting to our Chief of Revenue, this will involve collaborating with various departments to ultimately optimize processes, identify trends, and drive revenue growth.
Candidates that will be most fulfilled in this role are savvy with apps and systems at an admin level, data focused, combining the ability to analyze data with a strategic mindset and ability to communicate results to identify trends and drive a strategic direction. The Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist will be a classic self-starting motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic and innovative environment, where new challenges and opportunities are presented daily.
Dense Air utilizes cutting-edge radio access technologies to address indoor challenges faced by building occupants across the US, providing a turn-key cellular solution that solves their connectivity issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales data analysis with a focus on telecommunications.
Key Responsibilities:

Owning all sales and marketing tools at an admin level
- Ensuring the sales and marketing processes are well understood and implemented both within and between teams
- Analyze post-sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights to the post-sales team
- Critical in the creation of staffing plans and annual budget creation for the team
- Create and assist in defining customer engagement motions
- Develop and maintain post-sales performance dashboards and reports
- Support on operations-related workstreams in partnership with post-sales leads related to capacity planning process and staffing/assignment process
- Partner with marketing to identify and track customers who are willing to participate in various marketing activities, manage customer engagement and communications processes
- Implement and maintain Salesforce database at an Admin level
- Oversee systems management, including vendor reviews, contracts, application selection, onboarding, configuring, and ongoing maintenance.
Education and Experience:

3+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related field
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Salesforce)
- Admin level with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Salary range - $90,000 - $120,000
