The ATLAS Institute at CU Boulder welcomes applications for the Human Resources Coordinator! Reporting to the Finance and Accounting Manager, the HR coordinator’s main responsibility is managing the full-cycle of HR operations for the Institute. This position facilitates a supportive work environment with an engaged workforce by providing high quality human resource functions across all employee types including tenured and tenure-track faculty, instructors, lecturers, staff and student employees. This position will also work closely with the Assoc Director of Curriculum and other leadership, to assist our growing graduate programs by providing administrative support for graduate students applying for and being appointed to the ATLAS Master of Science and PhD programs. Finally, this position will aid the Associate Director of Operations and Research in event management, ensuring ATLAS remains an engaging member across campus and in the larger community.
Success in this position hinges on proficiency in ATLAS operations, familiarity with its personnel, and experience with human resources processes, regulations, and systems. The position will require excelling in tasks such as planning, organizing, task prioritization, maintaining compliance with university policies, and effectively communicating with partners using clear and concise language. Simultaneously, they must maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple projects and work assignments.
