Duties:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business development and sales growth
- Identify and target new market opportunities for technology sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts through effective account management practices
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer interactions
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide technical sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
- Fluent in Spanish to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking customers
Experience:
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales roles
- Experience in technology sales or related field is preferred
- Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
