- Respond to and route phone calls with proper etiquette
- Organize calendars, arrange appointments, and plan meetings
- Execute order entry tasks with precision
- Transcribe notes and messages when necessary
- Keep filing systems orderly, both physical and digital
- Offer superior customer support to clients and guests
- Support with various office duties as needed

- Experienced with telephone systems and managing multiple lines
- Prior role as a Medical Receptionist is advantageous
