TrueNorth Search Firm is representing a sustainability expert looking for Business Development Managaer of Sales Support and Contracts
Who YOU Are:
As Business Development Manager of Sales Support and Contracts, you will provide the support needed to the field sales team while taking ownership over the contract renewal and retention process. You will become the point of reference for Operations and Sales alike by communicating all contractual changes with current clients, assessing contract status, and ensuring completion of renewals and maintaining other information as assigned. You will be responsible for improving and sustaining processes that allows for accurate, expedient, and timely service for our Regional Sales Directors while supporting and performing administrative duties related to the operational affairs as requested.
You will oversee the Sales Support Team to ensure sale team administrative duties are carried out successfully while advancing team goals. Your goal will be to facilitate the team’s sales activities to maximize their performance and the long-lasting development of the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Drafting contracts and composing contract template
· Monitor contracts and their expiration dates, execute addendums, and renew as needed
· Respond to inquires from customers and give after sales support, as requested
· Ensure the adequacy of sales related equipment and/or material
· Execute DocuSign processes and follow-up
· Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and advise VP on improvements
· Ensure adherence to all laws and policies
· Consult with legal counsel, when necessary, and be the liaison between legal and upper management
· Document all metrics, pipelines, forecasting, and team goals and make weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on findings
· Track sales related inquires, trends, sales processes, and performances
· Administer marketing materials and reports that are related to our sales objectives
· Maintain date and storage for all files and contracts
· Oversee the Sales Support Team, to include Interns
· Coaching and Performance Management of the Sales Administration Team
· Conduct bi-weekly one-on-ones with direct reports

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· Proven experience in sales support; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
· Experience as a Contracts Specialist, or similar role
· Strong computer skills (MS Office- Word, Excel)
· Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
· High attention to detail
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· A team player with high level of dedication
· Minimum 3 years office experience (or educational equivalent), preferably with a background in the sales support field
· Multi-family industry experience/knowledge preferred
· BS/BA in Business Administration
· CRM experience preferred
