Position Overview: As a Sales Insurance Agent, you will be the face of our company, providing clients with the insurance solutions they need and the service they deserve. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business, manage client relationships, and ensure our clients are well-protected and well-informed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and leads.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on insurance products and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Conduct policy reviews and offer additional products or services to existing clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to ensure clients receive the best coverage.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and share best practices.
Qualifications:
- Fully licensed insurance agent (Texas General Lines P&C + Life).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
