\*\*\*Required travel in the New Braunfels, San Marcos and Seguin areas.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to HIPAA, and company policies and procedures
- Working with practice groups and sections to determine effective, detailed approaches to pursuing new business while driving the follow-up and implementation.
- Serving as the business development liaison to assigned practice groups and sections; activating practice group and section marketing and helping to establish and carry out viable marketing plans.
- Analysis of projected goals identifying potential clients.
- Weekly analysis of referrals by specialty.
- Ability to accurately document all information regarding patients and their treatment
- Assist providers and support staff with administering the highest standard of care possible
- Provide education and training of the patient/patient family
- Uphold any required certifications or trainings to properly use all clinical equipment
- Accurately and timely complete all patient records and documentation

Skills & Qualifications*
- High School diploma or GED
- CPR and BLS certification by American Heart Association
- One year of previous physician and hospital experience
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Work efficiently
- Quick response time
- Knowledge of medical supplies, order procedures, inventory and clerical skills are helpful
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing
- Exert 20-50 lbs. of force occasionally and 10-20 lbs. frequently
