We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our practice, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional aesthetic treatments and personalized care to our valued clients. This position requires a blend of clinical expertise, artistic skill, and a deep understanding of aesthetic procedures.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform consultations with patients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend suitable treatment plans.
- Administer injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectables to achieve desired outcomes.
- Administer IV infusions.
- Conduct pre-procedure assessments including reviewing medical history and ensuring client suitability for treatments.
- Provide post-procedure care instructions and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and safety.
- Assist Plastic Surgeons with some In-Office Procedures, when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, client progress, and outcomes in medical records.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in aesthetic medicine.
- Collaborate closely with the medical team to ensure seamless patient care and treatment outcomes.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient confidentiality at all times.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote the practice, showcase successful treatments, and engage with current and potential patients.
**Qualifications**
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California, with additional certification as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector preferred.
- Proven experience in administering injectable treatments in a medical or aesthetic setting.
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, skin care, and aesthetic principles.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to educate clients on treatment options and outcomes.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
