Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, children, and families in an outpatient setting. This role requires a commitment to improving the mental health and well-being of our clients through evidence-based therapeutic practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, couple, child, and family therapy sessions and must be willing to work primarily with children and families.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards and state regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive care.
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education opportunities.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards of practice.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid and current license in the state of CT as one of the following: LMFT-A, LPC-A, LMSW
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time or part-time positions available.
