Overview
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the marketing and sales departments to create and execute compelling content and campaigns that align with our brand's voice and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions, and measure the success of every social media campaign.
Community Engagement: Monitor and engage in social media discussions and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner to foster community relationships and enhance the customer experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and content creators to develop social media content and campaigns that align with overall marketing goals.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends and adjust the strategy as needed to stay ahead of the competition.
Brand Advocacy: Advocate for the brand on social media, creating a positive brand image and increasing brand loyalty.
Requirements
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms and best practices.
Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs.
Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
