Full-Time: 80 Hours/Biweekly
General Summary
Provides advanced process and clinical and outcomes data and consulting services and support for clinical improvement analytics for the Health System including, but not limited to Quality Advisor, Quantros, Atlas, GWTG and similar systems. Acquires, manages, interprets and transforms data into accurate, consistent and timely information. Downloads and formats data into user friendly format from various databases for reports distributed throughout the organization, including each Entity Board. Creates appropriate graphs and charts as needed to most accurately display the data and healthcare information. Balances the strategic vision of the Health System with day-to-day details. Exhibits broad organizational knowledge and the ability to communicate with individuals and groups, both internal and external, including the support for clinical improvement projects. Validates all reportable data results through qualitative and quantitative analyses to confirm findings accuracy.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- Bachelors Degree Required
Work Experience:
- 3 years Experience in healthcare informatics, health information management, or data analytics. Required
- Experience in data analysis with Managed Care/Healthcare Industry or interactive analysis for multi-dimensional views of data. Preferred
Licenses:
- Registered Health Information Administrator Upon Hire Preferred and
- Certified Health Data Analyst Upon Hire Preferred and
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality Upon Hire Preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent teamwork/communication skills.
- Knowledge of appropriate tools & methodologies.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
