Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist in daily office needs and manage general administrative activities
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Order project materials and assist in project coordination
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience in a receptionist role or a construction office specifically flooring is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Outlook and other computerized systems
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Accounts Recievable, and Accounts Payable processes is advantageous
- Ability to coordinate projects effectively
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling meetings
