Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for a HRIS Analyst to join their Human Resources team!

The HRIS Analyst will maintain and manage credentialing, re-credentialing, tracking of training, licensure and certifications for all eligible staff and assist the Associate Director in various onboarding tasks, benefits administration, and participate in safety compliance measures.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collects and maintains data and information required for benefits administration and carrier quotes. (e.g., Wolftracs Insurance Module)
- Communicates changes affecting benefits coverage—such as changes in employment status, changes in family status, and changes to dependents and beneficiaries—to insurance brokers, carriers, plan administrators, and other vendors and systems.
- Gathers information from verification resources, personnel files, and employees.
- Assists employees in understanding and completing the credentialing documentation.
- Tracks licensure, degrees, certifications, and other relevant documentation for maintaining the credentials of Adapt staff.
- Enroll providers with insurance companies, maintain close communication with billing department, and provide reporting to CCO and others as needed.
- Assists with open enrollment and new hire supplementary benefit tracking and enrollments.
- Assists with onboarding of new employees.
- Attends Safety Committee meetings, offering HR advice and assistance as needed and communications needs back to the Associate Director.
- Tracks and updates all compliance posters, update OSHA Form 300 throughout the year, prepares or assists with preparing the 300A at the end of year for each program.
- Tracks and records all training paperwork from Orientations, follow-up with employees as needed.
- Onsite prep and personnel file management.
- May provide assistance to the Associate Director on Workers Compensation issues, including but not limited to recording 801s, tracking and managing SAIF website/work with SAIF and OSHA representatives.
- Conducts exit interviews with employees leaving the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of related experience, preferably in human resources, preferred.
