About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. In this end-to-end sales role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from generating outbound leads to closing deals. This includes social selling, cold email and calls, handling inbound inquiries, developing proposals, and building strong client relationships to drive revenue growth. The Sales Account Executive will contribute to the growth of the agency.
This is a full-time, fully remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the e-commerce advertising space.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from potential clients and understand their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Manage the sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Conduct social selling, cold calling, and cold emailing to build pipeline.
- Build and manage an active pipeline through the sales cycle to deal close.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate client records and project management data.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and technical departments, to ensure successful project execution.
- Attend trade shows throughout the continental United States to prospect for new business opportunities (approximately 5%-10% of the time.)
Primary Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales and account management.
- Minimum 3 years working in an E-Commerce role.
- Proven success in a target-driven sales role and exceeding sales quota in a team-based environment.
- Strong ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors in a team environment.
- Experience with outbound and inbound sales techniques.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce advertising and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated the ability to create and implement strategies that will increase the number of active accounts.

- Proven ability to multi-task and manage projects on strict deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Salary Range:
- $80,000-$100,000 base salary with incentive bonuses for closed business.
- OTE of $160,000-$200,000
