We are looking for an energetic, organized person to join our Real Estate Office as an Administrator at our Portsmouth NH office. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, a knack for customer service, attention to detail, comfortable with bookkeeping software and light financial processing, is savvy with the use of technology, and is highly adaptable. Someone with a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process is preferable but not required.
The Real Estate Office Administrator provides office support to our staff and agents by maintaining administrative systems, reviewing and processing transaction files, maintaining supplies and equipment, and supervising all office activities with the goal of maximizing efficiency and productivity. This person will also be the first person that clients and those entering our facility will meet. Responsibilities
- Become proficient with company equipment and systems in order to assist and train agents
- Complete projects assigned by manager including reporting, coordinating office and community events, and maintaining monthly schedules
- Review and process transaction files
- Coordinate and communicate with several departments within the company to accomplish daily tasks and assigned projects
- Maintain equipment and supplies
- Handle transaction deposits in accordance with company procedures
- Meet and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and distribute incoming calls
- Any and all other administrative tasks necessary to run the office as required
- The Administrator will be required to occasionally travel to other offices of the company.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high school diploma or GED required, some college is a plus
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to learn new programs and systems with ease
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Energetic, enthusiastic, patient, and able to interact respectfully with multiple personality types
- Positive attitude and commitment to achieving company goals
