Skills and Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

- Proficiency to resolve technical and customer inquiries
- Experienced in handling high call volumes
JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Support Specialist will work directly with customers making sure that all technical inquires are completed in an effective manner
Responsibilities
- Resolve Technical and Customer Inquiries
- Manage Billing accounts
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation to the appropriate Internal Teams
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationship with clients
REQUIREMENTS
- Intermediate computer skills is mandatory
- Knowledge of Excel is mandatory
- Bilingual in English and Armenian
- US High school diploma or equivalent, College degree preferred
- Work Permit
