A logistics full service company that stores, packages and ships automobile parts around the world is seeking for an office administrator to assist their team.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm possible overtime on Saturdays
Pay Rate: $19
Job Duties:
- Knowledge with ADP (Time Sheet Process)
- Customer service experience such as with dealer return process, order process, etc.
- Usage of Outlook and Excel
- Assist in running reports, providing data and in other areas when needed
- Prepare and process all necessary export paperwork, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and other related documents.
- Provide accurate and clear instructions to the warehouse in a timely manner
- Pre-employment screenings
