We are currently seeking an Senior Accountant to join our Accounting team, primarily based in Seattle, WA. This is an exciting, remote opportunity for anyone interested in a career in accounting to join an organization that will provide opportunities for growth. This role is heavily involved in Payroll, Accounts Payable, and reporting.
What this job involves:
Able to work in a high volume and deadline driven environment
Able to work in a decentralized organization
Payroll and Management fee invoicing
Month end accruals and journals
Handle coding changes and invoice approvals to client and other data driven reports
Ability to download large volumes of data and reconciliation to the source data files
Assist with cash posting for our client receivables
Full cycle Accounts Payable - Accurately process Accounts Payable transactions in People Soft
Receive, Code and enter vendor invoices accurately and within deadline
Produce and deliver Accounts Payable reports
Ensure timely identification of accounts payables issues and reporting matters
Partner with Finance Team and lead to support team as a trusted team player
Ad hoc reporting and analysis for the client
Assists the Accounting Team and Manager with a variety of responsible accounting projects
Special duties and projects as requested

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2-5 years of accounting experience
Full Cycle Payroll, A/P and A/R experience
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to interface with vendors via email
Strong Excel skills
Demonstrated consistency in values, principles and work ethic
Strong attention to detail and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel are required
Must be a self-starter with the ability to excel in a fast paced and service oriented environment
Easily adaptable to systems and prior PeopleSoft experience is a plus
Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and manage workload to meet deadlines
Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments
Understanding of and commitment to client services
