We're looking to add a full-time Administrative Assistant to our Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office! Ideal candidates must have experience in a fast-paced, team oriented, customer-centric environment. Excellent computer skills, organizational skills, and professional phone etiquette are required.

This position will be the first face our clients are greeted by when they enter our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Welcome and direct visitors and clients.
- Answer basic tax questions, when necessary.
- Maintain filing systems as assigned.
- Handle the assembly and filing of tax returns and financial statements.
- Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
- Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings, when necessary.
- Indirectly supervise members of the Administrative team, if applicable.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
