Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide information on available units
- Process lease applications
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, conducting unit inspections as needed
- Respond to inquiries from current and prospective residents in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of rental payments, vacancies, and leasing activity
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents
- Collaborate with property maintenance staff to address resident concerns promptly
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills with knowledge of office procedures
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Understanding of property maintenance practices
