**Job Summary:**
As a Roofing Outside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving our business growth. You will be responsible for meeting with potential clients, providing estimates, and closing sales. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for sales and customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, outside sales, referrals and company sponsored leads.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and roof assessments to understand client needs.
- Present and explain roofing products and services to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely estimates and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
