Full Job Description
To provide high-quality customer service to members and guests; perform assigned golf shop operationally
activities; and perform other duties as required.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND SKILLS REQUIRED
· Golf knowledge (golf operations, golf equipment, and merchandise).
· Experience with Tee Time Reservation System.
· Experience with POS and basic computer operations.
· Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment.
· English speaking required.
· Must have a valid California Driver’s License.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Establishes excellent member and guest relations and ensures the highest quality of customer service.
· Golf Shop operations: checking in members and guests, tee time reservations, event registrations, merchandise sales, and event promotions. May assist in special events and assist with other operations as needed.
· Enforces all rules and regulations governing the use of the golf course, golf carts, and other golf facilities.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS
· Must be willing to work various shifts (morning, mid-day or afternoon), weekends, and holidays.
· Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations and maintain composure.
· Must be able to lift 20 pounds or more.
· Must be able to stand on feet the majority of the day.

Pay: $16 per hour
