We are seeking a skilled property manager to be responsible for the direct management of daily operations at our luxury community in Chicago’s North Shore.

Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of the property.
· Maintain property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining premises.
· Investigate complaints, disturbances, and violations and resolve problems by following management rules and regulations.
· Handle rent collection, late payment resolution, evictions, and tenant relations.
· Prepare and analyze financial documents and reports to determine state of operations.
· Supervise and evaluate employee performance.
· Inspect vacant units, plan renovations, and negotiate vendor contracts.
· Inspect condition and functioning of amenities, facilities, and equipment.
· Purchase materials and equipment as required.
· Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.
· Reach organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· 4 years of apartment property management experience is REQUIRED.
· Capacity to work the necessary hours to successfully perform the job.
· Compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations including Fair Housing guidelines.
· Bachelor’s degree or some college is preferred.
· Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or related certification is preferred.
· Strong supervisory and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient with property management software.
Pay: $68,000 - $74,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
