Ariya Aesthetics is a medical spa in Bedford and Salem, NH. We are looking to welcome a a dynamic, friendly, personable and flexible individual to the reception team at our Bedford, NH location. An ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, the ability to multi-task, and work as team player.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive in office
· Provide proper forms clients may need for their treatment upon check-in
· Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
· Ability to provide information regarding our services, basic treatment information and pricing, etc.
· Manage client booking and cancellations
· Proficient working on a computer managing multiple systems and programs
· Professional customer attitude and appearance
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
· Excellent organizational skills
· Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
· Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
· Assist with other housekeeping daily to-dos around the office to maintain a clean and functional workspace for staff and clients
Education and Experience
- At least 1 year of customer service required
- Medical knowledge preferred
Hours
- Typically 9:00am-5:00pm, 4 days per week (32 hours)
- Some flexibility based on business needs required
