We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our Sales team. The Sales department is responsible for acquiring new customers, managing relationships with existing customers, and generating revenue by selling the company’s products and services.
The Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and coordinating with internal teams, overseeing the sales process and acting as the primary point of contact to ensure seamless delivery of projects, products and services. This includes identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads through prospecting efforts, negotiating deals, maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.

- Understand clients’ business needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to acquire new clients and contribute to the organization’s growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose solutions that align with client needs.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of products or services.
- Engage in negotiations with potential customers to address concerns, clarify terms, and close deals.
- Monitor and manage accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify opportunities to expand the scope of the customer’s engagement with the organization, potentially involving new products, services, or solutions.
- Manage and facilitate the renewal of contracts, subscriptions, or service agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Track and analyze sales pipeline to forecast sales performance and identify potential gaps and help optimize the sales process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.

- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a range of stakeholders including clients, team members, and senior management.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Capability to analyze data, understand client needs, and develop effective solutions to challenges.
- Experience in managing projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Proficiency in negotiating contracts and persuading clients regarding the benefits of the company’s products or services.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
