EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a technical support role. Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline preferred.
- Effectively utilizes SCG technical resources to resolve customer application questions and issues Processes purchase orders received from customers.
- Manages issuance of Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers as required.
- Expedites open sales orders as required. Acts as liaison for product shipment data between customer and SCG Operations.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
