Graphic Designer & Content Coordinator Job Description
The Graphic Designer & Content Coordinator will produce a range of engaging, brand-consistent content to support our marketing and sales functions and to elevate our growing brand. This role requires a blend of creativity and strategic content management & to support our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with proven graphic design experience, adept at working within brand guidelines, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality visual content to support product launches, including product packaging, literature, catalogues, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce graphics and visual identities for campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Execute projects briefed by the wider team while also identifying opportunities to upgrade content and presenting a business case.
- Edit and enhance photography as needed.
- Own & distribute necessary content to sales channels to aid sell-in and the onboarding of new products.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather, create, and schedule content for social media, blogs, listings, and other communications.
- Ensure all content is accurate, timely, and aligns with the company’s tone and style.
- Manage multiple design and content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets and content resources.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience and/or knowledge in photography, either behind the camera or directing photoshoots.
- Experience and/or knowledge in video editing.
- Experience and/or knowledge of engaging copywriting.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of graphic design experience with a portfolio to demonstrate your skills.
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Cloud apps is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Office 365 cloud software.
- Understanding of the different requirements for digital and print artwork.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English writing abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
Working hours: This is a full-time Hybrid role (3 Days in-office, 2 Days Work-from-home) with standard working hours Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
