Department Info:
This department falls under the Information Security department. The Information Security Department is responsible for implementing and maintaining organization-wide information security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures. They should provide security awareness education and ensure that everyone knows his or her role in maintaining security.
Job Summary:
This person will work closely with the Senior IAM Engineer in supporting all identity systems, build/design and identify systems for access management services ex. Okta, Outlook, Netdocs ets. This person should have heavy experience with identity management experience. An individual with engineer experience, versus regular support would be ideal. This role is across all IT areas, and this person will be interacting with various departments. We re seeking less of a cyber security tester, and more so someone with security access management experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Technical IAM related role, ranging from technical tool evaluation/selection, implementation and operations. Cloud based utilization and cloud adoption a must.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory (Azure AD) and GPO management, Windows Desktop and Server environments.
- Experience with IT Security and Governance Risk and Compliance functions and their needs.
- Working knowledge of IT management frameworks such as Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) and/or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
- Experience developing, deploying, integrating and supporting IAM services within a larger IT organization showcasing strengths in teamwork and establishing successful partner ships.
- Implementation experience is a must have, and design experience is less important, as we don't want an architect for this role.
- OKTA experience, heavily preferred.
Team Structure:
IAM (used to be considered ULM), consists of two identity engineers and additional resources (4 administrators) that fulfill access needs, for new hires, departures, etc and the engineers do the back end of the administrators work handling the creation of security groups and granting access.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
