ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*This position requires travel, must have a valid driver's license and clear driving record*
1. Provide technical support for mechanical issues related to manufacturing processes and equipment.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production operations.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, and production staff to address mechanical issues effectively.
4. Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying problems and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
5. Perform routine maintenance tasks and inspections on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
6. Assist in the installation, setup, and calibration of new equipment and machinery.
7. Develop and maintain documentation including maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guides, and equipment manuals.
8. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in mechanical technology to continually improve processes and equipment reliability.
9. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
