Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Management Analyst responsible for overseeing and handling duties related to order management from auditing of order placement to post-entry order and shipping. They will interact efficiently with customers, sales, and other teams to achieve proper order processing. They will provide support to department activities with specific responsibilities overseeing daily activities, responding to a range of inquiries regarding processes or processing status; and achieving department objectives and goals.
Responsibilities
1. Support the Order Management tasks with team members which includes but not limited to:
1) Order processing & auditing
2) Open & Entered orders monitoring (RDD Change, Cancel, Pick release)
3) Returns & Replacement order
4) Salesperson, Ship To creation & updating
5) Reports
2. Order documentation auditing (e.g. check the accuracy of entered information, models, quantity, price, dates, address, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring accuracy and preventing errors.
3. Coordinate and cooperate within inter departments (Sales, Logistics, IT department and others as needed).
4. Assist Administrator for system compliances, including but not limited to
1) Training new users
2) Adding, deactivating and maintain user from the system
3) Creating, revising, and maintaining approval roles and groups
5. Communicate professionally and courteously.
6. Responds to emails efficiently by providing effective & accurate information through investigation.
7. Assist on special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 0~3 years’ experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in English (reading & writing)
- Outlook, Words, Excel (intermediate)
- Analytical skills and flexibility in dealing with a changing environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
