Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic, self driven Sales Representatives to join our team. We are a local licensed Construction company. Flexible schedules with uncapped earning potential! Must be comfortable speaking to a variety of homeowners and capable of Lead generation as well as following leads provided.
Responsibilities:
- Speaking with new and prospective clients with dignity and respect.
- Stay in communication with clients under contract to walk them through process from start to finish.
- Come to work motivated to to be the best you can be.
- Ability to learn on the job
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to maintain client satisfaction
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, and account management
- Ability to close deals with clients as well as insurance companies
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is advantageous
