Responsibilities:
- Perform make-ready tasks to prepare apartments for new residents
- Complete work orders and ensure timely completion of all maintenance requests
- Conduct routine inspections of vacant units and common areas to identify and address any issues
- Coordinate with the leasing team to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks
- Provide support as needed
- Fabricate or repair items as needed to maintain the property
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
Experience:
- Previous experience in apartment industry required
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and techniques
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
