We are looking to hire an organized and driven office manager that will help support our team with day-to-day functions and operations of the business. This role will ensure that things are running smoothly and effectively at our office and beyond.
Office Manager Responsibilities:

Answer phones/greet visitors.

Manage office supplies, mailing/shipping, uniforms, etc.

Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord; ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.

Supply and equipment inventory and ordering, keys/dispenser key management.

New Account Start-ups (Equipment, supplies, inspections, account specifics, etc.).

SDS Safety Sheet Management.

Assist with Payroll (live checks and final checks in office to pick up).

Partner with HR to maintain posting of policies and other HR needs as necessary.

Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment/IT needs.

Conduct New Hire Orientations, coordinate new hire start dates.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints that come through the office, directing them to the appropriate person.

Support the operations team with spreadsheets, forms, printing/filing/scanning of documents.

Support the operations team with daily timekeeping management and other admin duties as needed.

Assist Accounting with invoices/payments sent to the office.

Credit card management:
-
Assist Ops managers with ZoHo expense reports and receipt management.

Requesting/managing Wex fuel cards.
-
Manage Summit office credit card.
-
Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
Office Manager Requirements:

1-2 years prior office management or office experience.

Must be able to read, write, speak fluently in English and Spanish.

Competent in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Work, Excel, PPT, etc.).

Strong verbal and written skills.

Strong computer and phone skills.

Able to manage multiple things at one time.
