You will manage and monitor key account customers, ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies. Your responsibility is to consistently satisfy the needs of QuickSTAT customers and promote excellence in customer service throughout the organization. Collaborate with Operations and Sales Management to maximize client satisfaction. Additionally, you’ll work with JFK Management on the JIR (Job Incident Report) and assist with investigation timelines.

Ensure
client satisfaction, Monitor and manage the overall daily operation during
assigned shift. Offering
assistance/guidance to all that need it.
Correct and alert potential or actual problems to the Director of Customer
Service. Manage internal departments as
assigned

Specialist (Biopharma) courier
operations
-
Excellent broad understanding of
courier operations including Import / Export / Warehouse & Transport

Specific knowledge of Clinical
Trial Logistics to include:
-
Temperature controlled shipping and
packing
-
Clinical trial courier operations
and client set up

Broad understanding of regulatory
requirements specific to Clinical Trial Logistics

Contribute, develop & implement
new procedures and policies that increase efficiencies and achieve a high
standard of performance from the staff

Assess staffing needs daily to
ensure all work is being captioned on all QIC systems

To undertake any other reasonable duties/responsibilities at the request of the Senior Management.

Associate's degree or equivalent experience
-
10+ years of customer service experience in

5+ years of management experience healthcare/biopharma logistics
